Fees & Renewal

Members are expected to maintain valid vehicle documentation, comply with traffic regulations, and treat fellow drivers and federation staff with respect. Submission of false documents or fraudulent welfare claims may result in immediate membership termination and forfeiture of benefits.
Welfare Claims Process
All financial assistance and legal aid claims are subject to verification by federation staff before approval. The federation reserves the right to request additional documentation, conduct field verification, and approve or reject claims based on eligibility criteria and available funds.
Limitation of Liability
While the federation makes every effort to provide timely welfare support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for legal cases or claim approvals. The federation is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as hospitals, courts, or government departments.
Termination of Membership
Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying the federation in writing. The federation may suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, non-payment of fees, or fraudulent activity.
Changes to These Terms
The federation may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of membership benefits after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
