When you register as a member, we collect your full name, mobile number, email address, residential address, driving license number, auto rickshaw RC details, Aadhaar number for identity verification, and a recent photograph. When you apply for financial assistance or legal aid, we may additionally collect medical records, accident reports, FIR copies, or hospital bills relevant to your claim.
We also automatically collect basic technical data such as browser type and device information when you visit our website, used solely to improve site performance.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to process membership registration, issue your Driver ID Card, evaluate and disburse financial assistance claims, assign legal aid cases to our empanelled lawyers, send important federation updates via SMS/WhatsApp, and verify your identity when third parties check your membership status.
We do not use your personal data for advertising or sell it to marketing companies.
Data Security
We use encrypted storage and restricted access controls to protect your personal and financial documents. Only authorised federation staff handling your specific case can access sensitive records such as medical bills or Aadhaar copies.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data after membership cancellation (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Contact our support team to exercise these rights.
